Election 2016 – Renouvellement de deux membres du bureau du GMP

Chers adhérents, Chers collègues,

Selon nos statuts, nous procédons comme chaque année au renouvellement de deux membres du bureau du GMP. Notre association existe depuis plus de 25 ans. Ses adhérents et ses membres l’ont fait évoluer au fil des années avec le souci constant de promouvoir nos métiers, chez les professionnels industriels et académiques, avec une attention particulière pour les étudiants.

Il nous semble important de maintenir la pérennité de cette association et c’est la raison pour laquelle nous vous sollicitons pour faire acte de candidature.  Rejoignez le bureau du GMP, deux postes sont à pourvoir.

Pour postuler, veuillez envoyer un résumé succinct de votre parcours et vos intérêts professionnels en faisant également part de votre motivation pour intégrer le bureau.

Les candidatures doivent être envoyées par mail aux membres du bureau du GMP : Vassilios Aslanis (vassilios.aslanis@novartis.com) ou Olivier Petricoul (olivier.petricoul@novartis.com).

Les candidatures doivent nous parvenir d’ici le 30 septembre 2016 au plus tard. Nous procéderons ensuite au vote des adhérents par voie électronique durant les 15 premiers jours du mois d’octobre et les résultats de l’élection seront annoncés lors des Journées.

DMDG GMP Joint Meeting – Call for posters

DMDG GMP JOINT MEETING – 19th – 21st OCTOBER 2016 – PARIS.

CALL FOR POSTERS:
DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW FRIDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER 2016.

We would like to open this call for posters widely to DMDG and GMP members, PhD students and early career academics, and invite all delegates to consider presenting a poster at the DMDG GMP  JOINT MEETING – OCTOBER 2016 – PARIS.

In addition to our Scientific and Keynote lectures, we have an amazing POSTER BLITZ session. The Poster Blitz at the DMDG GMP JOINT MEETING provides a wonderful opportunity for participants to achieve additional recognition in front of delegates from DMDG and GMP member companies. Moreover, this is a great opportunity for PhD students to present their research at the poster blitz session. PhD students are welcome to provide a highlight talk of their poster in a very short format.  Presentations should be a maximum of 5 minutes and use a maximum of 3 slides.  We invite you to submit a poster by emailing your information and abstract to info@dmdg.org.

Please note that only poster’s author is eligible to enter the poster competition and chance to win a best poster prize.

  • SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT before the deadline of 02 September 2016.
  • We have a number of student places available at €100. Places are allocated on a first-come-first served basis.
  • A number of BURSARIES are available for selected student abstracts.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to meet and network with great DMDG and GMP member companies, scientists and academics from across Europe. The selected abstracts of all the scientific communications will be published in the book of abstract distributed to all meeting attendants. All meeting sessions, including the Poster Session, will be held in English.

DMDG GMP JOINT MEETING – OCTOBER 2016 – PARIS, FRANCE

This year the GMP has teamed up once again with the DMDG to run our meeting in Paris, France on 19th to 21st October. This is  a really exciting venture and the second time that the GMP and DMDG held a meeting, following the success of the 2014 Joint Meeting which was sold out.  The meeting is once again being held at the Espace St. Martin which is situated in the heart of Paris.  For more information, go to: http://www.dmdg.org/events/20161019/OpenMeeting2016/Introduction.asp?EventID=36 .

All meeting sessions, including posters will be held in English.

We have a great programme (to see the final agenda, click here) which caters for the breadth of membership from both organisations. We hope that you are inspired to both join us and contribute a poster at this year’s meeting, as well as contributing to the great discussion that the topics chosen will generate.

As part of this meeting we are offering all our member companies the opportunity to further support the GMP by sponsoring the meeting. There are three main options for this and all options come with at least one free place at the meeting.  More information can be found on the DMDG GMP Joint Meeting Portal.  There are now only 2 sponsor exhibitor places left available!

Registration Fees:

Early Bird fees (until and including 30 August  2016)
€690/£538 for participants from industry and commercial enterprises
€290/£226 for academic registrants

 

Full price fees (from 1 September 2016)
€790/£616 for participants from industry and commercial enterprises
€350/£273 for academic registrants

There are bursaries available for selected student abstracts.

 

Places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Fees include coffees, tea and lunch on all days as well as the Joint Meeting Dinner.  It DOES NOT include accommodation or travel, however we have highlighted a number of hotels that may be able to accommodate you on our web site, and this list will be updated regularly.   You are advised to book a hotel as soon as you have registered to ensure your accommodation.
