Modular PBPK Modeling of Large Molecules Using the Open System Pharmacology (OSP) Suite: PK-Sim® and MoBi®
This hands-on workshop introduces participants to physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model development for large molecules using PK-Sim and MoBi.
Participants will build a PBPK model for a large molecule and implement Target-Mediated Drug Disposition (TMDD) in MoBi. The workshop focuses on creating flexible, scalable, and reusable model structures that support efficient model extension and PBPK-QSP integration.
This workshop is intended for users with prior experience in PBPK and with PK-Sim, who are interested in developing and extending mechanistic PBPK models for large molecules using modular workflows. Prior knowledge: if needed, it can be acquired following our course ESQlabs GmbH | A Simple PBPK Model or our monthly free webinar on basics PBPK with PK-Sim.
About ESQlabs
At ESQlabs, we deliver innovative, mechanistic-based solutions that accelerate drug development and improve chemical risk assessment. Our team of scientists offers tailored consultancy and training on the OSP Suite, an open-source platform that integrates PK-Sim and MoBi for PBPK-QSP modeling.
Beyond being expert users of the OSP Suite, we are currently among its most active contributors, playing a key role in its ongoing development and expansion.
